If you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, you’re not alone. Many people feel unsure about what to eat or notice that food has become a source of stress. This work focuses on helping you make sense of that, cutting through the noise and grounding your decisions in a more consistent, evidence based approach.

If you’ve been dieting and feel disconnected from your hunger and fullness cues, you're not imagining it. Dieting can disrupt the body’s natural signals over time. Part of our work is gently rebuilding that connection at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

This is individualized care. We’ll explore what’s shaping your current relationship with food, build more stable and consistent eating patterns, and work toward a way of eating that feels less overwhelming and more sustainable, both physically and emotionally.
